What two fruits go together better than strawberries and bananas? Combining the sweet, soft banana with the bright, juicy strawberry. This delicious combination makes for the perfect smoothie any day of the week. This smoothie is very easy to make. The fruits are the only sweeteners used, and the yogurt has health benefits including protein and probiotics. This strawberry-banana smoothie is: You will need: – 1/2 banana (either fresh or frozen) – 1/2 cup frozen strawberries – 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk – 1/3 cup (more or less if desired) plain almond milk yogurt 1. Combine banana, strawberries, and almond milk in a blender. Blend well. 2. Add almond milk yogurt and blend again. 3. Enjoy!
